Great company! Brandon showed up when he said he was going to and did what he said he was going to do. Unfortunately that’s not so common these days and I really appreciate a company that is true to their word. Did a fantastic job. I will be using them in the future should the need arise. This is the area they dug up and repaired . You can hardly tell they were even here.
We needed a septic repair in an old house. Our contractor contacted Brandon and he was able to come quickly and get started. He showed up on the day he said, and on time. Brandon was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He removed the old tank, cleaned the distribution box out, and cleaned several feet of pipes. He went over and above our expectations. We could not be happier with the work performed. I will recommend Brandon to anyone I know going through similar, frustrating septic issues.
We hired Pro-Trax to extend our septic field lines and run a drainage line in the backyard. Brandon was very Profesional, he gave us a quote when promised, he did the work when he said he would, their pricing was more than fair, I received 2 other quotes, and they were double than what Pro-trax quoted and either company never even came out to look at the property. Brandon even came back after 2 weeks to prep the area for seed for a small fee! I would highly recommend Pro-Trax! Very reliable Company and they are the Best at what they do!
Pro-Trax is very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They spent the time and effort needed to assist with our septic issues. They were also reasonably priced and did an excellent job. Will definitely call them again if needed and would recommend to others.

Brandon and Dylan (I think that was his name) came out to see why I had water coming up in my back yard. They were able to find that a tree root had grown into the splash box as well as an issue with the lift station switch. They fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Pro-Trax took great care of us. We had a complicated septic issue at an old house. Brandon took his time and troubleshot the problem down to the root cause. Then he fixed it for good. Great service. Installed two 24” concrete risers for a great price compared to other companies. It will be nice not having to have the ground dug up every 2 years for septic service.
I can't say enough good things about this company. We were "ghosted" from another individual who was scheduled to come out and move tail lines for our septic system. Brandon came out for an estimate had us scheduled within 10 days, did his work and had the health inspector out all within a day. He is responsive to emails and questions, did a great job and is very professional. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Pro-Trax and Brandon. We had septic issues as soon as we moved into our place at the end of January. It took a long time to figure out the problem was drain field failure. We called several local, well known septic repair companies. They all had waits up to 6 months. We would call places over and over and rarely get our calls returned. One day, Brandon knocked on our door. I was not expecting him but he told me his friend told him about our septic issues and he asked if he could do it. We looked up his business and saw that he had great reviews. He emailed us a detailed contract. He was able to complete the process after just a few weeks of speaking with him. He was very informative, friendly, and communicative during the entire process and put our minds at ease during a very stressful time. He went above and beyond many times for us. I should also mention that his prices are very reasonable and fair. If you are in the Forsyth area, I would look no further. Thank you so much Brandon!!
